Liv. 16. Field Hockey. Hey guys I'm Liv, and I play varsity field hockey for my school. I also play for club teams and made one of the Futures training teams this year. I started this blog to motivate others to stay healthy as well as to track my progress and be the best I can be this upcoming season. I'm also a recent vegan due to food allergies, and I hope to share recipes that I find on here for others, under my recipes tab!

My main goal is to break my school's running record. However, I also would like to gain arm muscle strength.
